As my sister and I asked questions Alex slowly explained the answers. He did not talk down to us, and we had tons of questions. My sister can go into this dealership any time in the future and ask for explanations of this knob, switch or setting up the apple car play to her current apple phone or when she upgrades to the new apple phone.
